One of the places that non-locals stop by when they visit Zamboanga del Norte is  Dakak Beach Resort   in Dapitan City. A white sand beach that offers different leisure activities in two categories. The Dakak Adventure Zone and the Aqua Sports Activities. The former consists of Rappelling, Rock Climbing, Dual Zipline (1,364 meters long; 300 meters high), All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV), Airsoft Games, and Horseback Riding. An adventure indeed. Next, from the name itself, the latter talks about activities that are done in the water. Wondering what they are? Well, here is the list of water activities. Jetski, Parasailing, Paddleboarding, Water Bicycle, Glass Canoe, Kayaking, Banana Boat Riding, Snorkeling, Speed Boat, and Scuba Diving with a highly trained PADI Dive Instructors to see the beautiful underwater! The so-called Maldives in the Philippines can be found in the region of Zamboanga del Norte and this is  Selinog Island . A small island in Dapitan that can be visited by riding a small boat. It has fine white sand that is as white as snow white and a jaw-dropping view that is so instagrammable! With your sexy or conservative swimwear, you can really just take a snap and keep it in the memory box as the place gave you comfort and unwinding. Do you like a slightly longer ride and a little bit of walking to reach your destination? Visit  Luzvilla Waterfalls  in Piñan to satiate your thirst for adventure. The way to the actual waterfalls after arriving at the place can also be called an adventure. The constant question of "Abot nata?" or "Hapit nata?" can be heard from almost every mouth that is in the group. People should also conquer the humps and bumps of rocks in order to arrive at the calming landscape in front of their eyes. You can eat food and have some fun chitchat while looking at the people diving into the water from the upper part of the falls. What a fun thing to do, right?

 

 

 

Our talk about water is not over. But this time, it's a pool. One of the most visited places in Sindangan is the  Caluan Infinity Pool . A place where you can just soak your entire body in the water and straightly see the magnificent view of nature. Skies so bright and clear, lovely the green tall trees around here. Doesn't that sound lovely? Caluan Infinity Pool is a massive pool that could even fit 30-50 or even more people at the same time. So if you want to have fun with your peers and family at a pool, why don't give it a try?

 

Let's stray a little bit from beaches, waterfalls, and pools and also explore caves.  Ikogan Cave  in Katipunan is also worth trying travel spots to visit if you want to see with your own eyes how bats live. It's a new sight to see however, we cannot help but feel nervous going near bats, right? But a new experience is something so good in this life and gives us priceless happiness.

 

Now, let's all appreciate our local travel spots in Dipolog City. Dipolog is slowly yet steadily rising to success and our city has greatly improved. Tourism is one of the focused projects to improve our city and it's so nice and heart whelming if non-locals love our place.

 

 

 

3003 steps  Linabo Peak  is mostly crowded during Holy Week. However, there are also a lot of people who go up just to see the beautiful view up the mountain. It surely can shake your breathing but it's worth the sweat. It can also be a great way to exercise and to just appreciate walking in mountains. So why don't we take a leap and just enjoy the 3003 steps?

 

 

 

What do you think is the place that every people who visit Dipolog goes to?  Dipolog City Sunset Boulevard . Sounds basic, right? But the heavenly picturesque view as the sun goes down to set awes everyone who sees it. It is so beautiful that we cannot seem to get tired of it. We should appreciate the things and places around us even if it seems basic and dull. There's no dull creation that our Creator has made and given us.

 

To appreciate the beauty of the world starts by appreciating the beauty of your own place. We should take a breath and enjoy our lives to live the most of them.
